Executive Chef Paul Murphy focuses on “modern global cuisine.” Lunch and dinner menus boast signature and seasonal flavors inspired by warm seaside regions such as Malaysia, the Mediterranean, Louisiana, and Southern California. Expect dishes like Cajun shrimp and corn chowder, pan grilled squid stuffed with apple and chorizo, lemongrass crusted swordfish, seared Kampachi with orange-serrano chile sauce, and tomato-based seafood risotto. Not to worry landlovers, the menu also features filet mignon and prime rib.
